This week the charts are clearly dominated by Hogwarts Legacy. No matter how much the discussion about author J.K. Rowling polarizes, so Hogwarts Legacy starts right on the first day with a record for viewers on day 1 with 1.27 million viewers and thus lands directly at number 1 in the weekly charts. As in the previous weeks, Just-Chatting took second place with 868,282 viewers. Special Events slipped from #1 last week to #3 with 588,977 viewers, displacing League of Legends which landed in #4 with 546,499 viewers. The Top 5-Top10 split accordingly this week: Sports (505,833), Minecraft (503,180), CS:GO (439,428), Apex Legends (430,437), GTA V (409,267) and CoD Modern Warfare II (298,281). VALORANT and Fortnite are eliminated from the TOP10 this week.
Hogwarts Legacy is not only taking off with the viewers, the game from the Harry Potter universe also clearly took first place with 9,081 streamers this week. With the success of Hogwarts Legacy, Fortnite has to give up its permanent 1st place and thus ends up in 2nd place this week with 5,334 streamers, just ahead of VALORANT with 4,952 streamers. Behind them are places 3-10 as follows: Just Chatting (4,173), CoD: Modern Warfare II (4,061), Apex Legends (3,913), League of Legends (3,131), GTA V (2,896), Minecraft (2,442) and Overwatch 2 (2,175). This means that the TOP10 in week 6 are almost identical to the previous week, apart from the impact of Hogwarts Legacy. An interesting trend is that with the addition of Hogwarts Legacy, an average of 500 more streamers streamed a TOP10 game.
Following the fantastic success of the Spanish language Streamer Awards hosted by TheGrefg, kingsleague finds itself back at #1 in week 6. As a result, the number of average viewers at TOP10 streamers in week 6 also decreased significantly.
In the following graphic we see how the viewer numbers of the individual TOP10 streamers have developed compared to the previous week. Right at the beginning you can see the newcomers, who have made a big leap in viewers. Much more interesting, however, is the strong increase in viewers at auronplay +63,372 and ElSpreen +39,879. Another striking feature is the drop in viewers for the kingsleague -22,128, which is still in first place but slowly seems to be losing momentum.
After TheGrefg said goodbye to the TOP10 this week, KaiCenat rose from 2nd to 1st place with 11.4 million hours of watchtime. In comparison to the previous week, he is thus again clearly increasing the number of viewers Watchtime. 2nd place this week goes to ESL_CSGO, 3rd place xQc. The two swap their positions from the previous week. Fourth and fifth place this week go to two new TOP10 channels Rainbow6 and Fextralife. The other places are divided as follows: PaulinhoLOKObr, kingsleague, HasanAbi, LEC and loud_coringa.
